The Bull and Bear Club's Chef Joseph Harris made his TV debut on Monday, September 12 on Virginia This Morning.  During his segment, he taught viewers about different types of mushrooms as well as how to prepare them.  He then demonstrated how to cook a Portabella Mushroom Stack (or The Maymont Sandwich on The Club's Lunch Menu).  We all want to congratulate Chef Joseph Harris on this great achievement.
